Below are some of the most commonly asked questions we receive from our tenants. If you have additional questions please contact us.

Tenant frequently asked questions (FAQ’s)

  • Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th. If rent is not received by the 5th late charges would be applied.

  • We prefer our tenants pay there rent through the Resident Center, but we also accept checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.

  • To submit a maintenance request please use the Resident Center.

  • Our office will contact you around 90 days before you lease is set to expire to see if you would like to renew your lease.

    If you have decided to move out, keep in mind you are required to give us at least 30 days notice to vacate after your lease has expired.
