How it works.

Look at the available properties on our website. See below for the list of current rentals.

If you see a property you like, determine if you qualify.
Our minimum qualification standards are 2.5 times the monthly rent in gross income and over a 650 credit score.
If there is more than one applicant for a property, all the applicants income is added together and all the credit scores are averaged for qualification purposes.

If you meet our general qualifications. Schedule a showing of the property your interested in by contacting us.

After viewing the property, if you want to move forward the next step is to apply for the property. You can do this by clicking by clinking this link 👉 APPLY NOW or by clicking on the APPLY NOW button below.

Upon application approval we require a $500 Holding Deposit to secure your rental. The Holding Deposit is due 48 hours after application acceptance. If your move in date is less than 48 hours after application approval, the Holding Deposit is not required.

Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th. If rent is not received by the 5th late charges would be applied.

We prefer our tenants pay there rent through the Resident Center, but we also accept checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.

To submit a maintenance request please use the Resident Center.

Our office will contact you around 90 days before you lease is set to expire to see if you would like to renew your lease.
If you have decided to move out, keep in mind you are required to give us at least 30 days notice to vacate after your lease has expired.
